Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens when I reach my pet limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade before adding another pet. Your existing pets are never affected.
Do I need a subscription to activate a tag?
No โ tag activation works on all plans including Free. The subscription unlocks premium features like scan notifications and full health records.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, switch any time from your account settings. Switching to yearly is prorated.
Is PayPal supported?
